Positive: The house and neighborhood are gorgeous and peaceful. The dedicated parking pad was welcome since street parking in the area seemed tight. Amenities such as towels were good quality.
Negative: Only real gripe is that the management company did not provide us with the door code in advance of our arrival. I had to place a call while at the door, in the dark, with tired family in the rental car. With that said, I was able to get the code fairly easily via phone once I got someone on the line.

Negative: The only TV is in one of the bedrooms. There is no TV in the living area.
