I really liked it. I recommend it to everyone!
Positive: The location is very good! First impressions are deceiving. The longer you stay there, the more you start to like it. The house has its own soul, the house is old and authentic. Own veranda and garden.
Negative: The ventilation could be better, but this problem is in all old houses.

The concierge appears to be a bot, not a body. No response to 3 requests. Garden in poor shape.
Positive: Good location
Negative: The bathroom was in the basement..very strange location.
There was a showerhead but no way to send the water that way...only to the bath.
