This review is specifically for 680 King Georges as this property was not available at the time of our rental. So the Wednesday before the week of the rental, I received a cryptic email from Artin Properties saying that they wanted to discuss the upcoming rental. I called the Property Manager Thursday and no one picked up. Then I get a call later on Thursday saying they wanted to chat about the property and that it was not in a rentable condition due to the prior renters damaging the property and stealing stuff but not to worry as another property 680 King Georges was available. Since it was so close to our travel day, I really didn’t have another option as I was traveling with a party of 10 so we accepted the replacement rental property. To summarize, the house was not ready to be rented as it hasn’t been kept up. The check in process was not clear and when we arrived, the door was left open and people were at the house. I think they were the cleaners but don’t think they were able to clean because of a power outage. The pool and hot tub were not cleaned, the house had an ant infestation, broken fixtures around the house, and there was 1 TV for the entire house. I wish I had more than 1500 characters to describe everything but I would not recommend renting from this owner, until they invest in more advanced upkeep of their properties. My guests and I shouldn’t have to do a maintenance check for the owner. We ended up only being able to use to pool and hot tub 2 days.
