Surrey Condo Best Views

From the start, reaching the host was so hard. I had to contact vrbo to reach host because I already booked. The host sent me no information confirming the booking until I contacted vrbo. I got to the unit and it was minus temperature and the unit is on top floor, unit had no heat! I contacted the host again about heat not working and he told me to try few things which i did, still heat didn work. Host told me i will look into this tomorrow and then there was no communication from the host. The communication with the host was extremely poor. I would’ve gave 0 rating but i gave few stars our of respect since i spend a few days there. But i will never come back or even recommend to anyone this host. I will be also contacting vrbo regarding this… I had a very uncomfortable stay staying in a cold unit for 6 nights. I came back home with a cold… the host coulve provided with a heater or something if the heat unit was giving an issue yet the host chose to be ignorant! Very dissatisfied and also this unit has bare minimum things to make you feel at home here…
