Positive: Location was great and room for all of us Negative: Roaches and spiders present in unit so be careful you dont bring any home with you. Communication from host is poor but if anyone needs help reach out to Artin Properties directly.

Positive: Good location. 5min walk to the main street which had a large array of restaurants and cafes. Sky train was approx 10 min walk and quick to get into the city or airport. Negative: Price was quite expensive although during the world cup many places raised their prices. Not sure of their normal prices but wasnt worth the $600+ a day that we were charged.

The bad start made me dependent on the kindness of strangers. Even Booking.com have not got answers. Positive: The place was clean, but cool. I was only warm in bed or in the shower. The location is excellent, near to Main Street and King Ed ie shops, buses Negative: I was given the wrong code for the lock and couldn't gain access. It was only after requesting assistance from neighbours on 3 occasions, and two and a half hours standing outside, on a cool and damp evening, that a previous number was discovered to gain entry. The emergency contact number gained no response. The wi-fi didn't connect. My initial experience coloured my response because I was angry, disappointed, tired and thought it unforgiveable. I have still not received an apology.

Great time, helpful kitchen and tv accommodations. Wasn't communicate with about where to find the key ahead of time. Awesome location - 10 minute drive to Science World.

We had a wonderful time here. Only stayed one night so didn't get to make use of the kitchen, but the space is so cute and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm coming to Vancouver!
