Restored Hotel Vibe

Condo was centrally located and clean and comfortable. Little noisy but to be expected in a city. Property manager was non responsive before or during stay. Location address not easily available or provided in welcome package. Without having access to property manager, could create issues checking in for future renters. Inquire well in advance however as mentioned 0 correspondence with manager days before or during.

It was a very cool apartment, perfectly situated in central Victoria. Easy walk to anything you need. Place was clean and secure. Had a great stay.

I love the vibe of the studio! It has everything you could need. Free parking after 6 pm on street or parkade. Very comfortable and warm but slept poorly every night from partiers on the street(even Monday night -Tuesday 2am Lucky’s bar closed) plus Tuesday morning 7:19 am was a man super noisy cleaning the hallway floors! I absolutely loved the place but I’m exhausted after 3 nights. My last night I could not get into the front gate as the control pad was not working and just scrolling through names. Luckily a tenant let me in. Handy location , walking distance to many things and waterfront . The place was so warm and clean too, it’s just too bad about the noise. If you are a heavy sleeper it would be fine.

The location is close to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. The large windows let in a lot of natural light and provide a view of Yates Street.
